Induss industrial partner of R²T

UGent Resource Recovery Technology (R²T) Consortium

R²T is a consortium between industrial partners and the LabMET, Biomath and PaInT research groups at the Faculty of Bioscience Engineering at Ghent University. R²T brings together a small consortium of research teams, focussing on resource recovery, with industrial partners active in this field. The involved partners include companies active in the field of resource recovery, creating valuable products from resources (solid, liquid or gas), considered previously as waste.

Amongst them Induss, creating high quality water for industry, starting from raw materials such as surface water as well as waste water. Within R²T, information is exchanged in order to match industry needs with research activities. As such, Induss can annually propose a master’s thesis topic and student internship. Information on relevant research activities will be available for Induss, prior to publication.

Further information is available on the R²T website;
The collaboration with Induss enables us to reduce our carbon footprint. Transparency in our partnership is also the key for better cost control of water and steam.

We sustainably reduced our demin water cost
Thanks to Induss’ full examination and mapping of my various water needs, I now receive guaranteed quality and secured delivery of industrial water for my production line and that at a fixed price for a full contract length.
